They had everything we wanted for our weekend, we enjoyed staff and breakfast. Our superior room was huge. Special note of thanks to receptionist. A perfect place for celebrating birthday in London.
-
The staff was very accommodating.

Very nice and stylish hotel with beautiful garden
Opening hours of the bar

Everything was very nice and staff super friendly
-
The location is perfect, everything important was within walking distance. The request for a quieter room (as I was apparently close to the bar) was handled quickly and easily and I got another room. The room was always fixed up very quickly and was always clean.
Unfortunately, I had a dirty spoon (on the coffee set), which was not replaced even after I put it out. But this is also the only criticism I have.

chic ambience, comfortable bed, spacious & bright room, friendly staff. good location. Comfort good, prices are high compared to other hotels in London.
the rooms are a little bit noisy
-
The location was great. Room beautiful but things like complimentry water in the rooms, toilet paper too much of a production. Restaurant staff and front door/desk/concierge great. Gym staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Great gym tho.

Everything. I love this hotel. Great cooking, great design, really nice people working here, it couldn´t be better situated. Two minutes from Oxford street if you want to go shopping. Quite close from the hotel you can find some tube stations (tottenham court road, oxford circus,...) Central Line connects with other lines. Theatre, cinema, museums, pubs, parks,... You have a gym in second floor with a personal trainer, you have also the spa ( decoration is amazing) Also bedrooms are pretty cool, sure you have never seen something like that. Very quite and full of light, very clean and comfortable. This hotel is a great choice. They also have a garden where you can have breakfast while you read the newspaper they left at the door early morning. Lots of details, I do really like this hotel.
I could not bring my dog with me, but apart from that I had a great time there.

Good location, very designed place, unique experience
Not a fan of the glass wc especialy if you have a person in the room.

Style...location.....vibe
Breakfast ...not a great experience...service and attention poor..was it because it was a Friday morning.. ordered Eggs Benedict which arrived cool, tea and coffee cool. My colleagues room was in range of the lobby/bar area...the bar was busy and the noise was loud. Make sure to ask for a room away from this area. I mentioned that our breakfast was poor and that the noise was a concern at checkout, we got an apology but that was it.....

If you are looking for a trendy and funky place - try the Sanderson. Not quite as cutting edge as it used to be as it has not been updated for a few years but still worth a visit. Very handy for walking to Soho, Covent Garden etc.
Only criticism would be that the outside requires a bit more attention to the housekeeping. Get someone to regularly tidy up outside, weed the planters, jet wash the pavement. Other hotels we passed by looked much sharper and better cared for.

Really fantastic reception staff and the concierge is second to none
When very tired and wanting to sleep "Do Not Disturb" on the door means the staff phone you to wake you up to check on when you want the room serviced
-
Top rated hotel. The rooms are crisp and clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and fresh. Fun and lively bar. Everything is pricey here, but if you want budget you should go somewhere somewhere else.
No free internet...when will hotels figure out that this is so last decade?

Staff were friendly and really helpful, the hotel is very contemporary but in a fun, quirky way. Really enjoyed drinking in the Long Bar and Suka on Saturday night, good atmosphere and music playing. Brilliant location, Bond Street and Covent Garden within walking distance.

The atmosphere of the hotel, together with the location near soho and oxford circus is very convienient.
I believe that for a hotel like sanderson wifi should be aviabele in the hotel. Paying anoter 10 pound is not from today. Thats why I do find price/quality moyen. Same for water in the fridge 5 pound...?
